About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to blupreserva.org(the “Site”), operated by BluPreserva Industries (“BluPreserva,” “we,” “us”). It describes what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Individual BluPreserva ventures (such as Determiniety, CareOS-Engine, SPARC, and others) operate their own products and may publish their own privacy notices governing those products.

What we collect

The Site is primarily informational. Most visitors can browse without providing any personal information. Some optional features — such as enrolling in product-recall safety alerts — collect information you choose to provide, as described below. We do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors who simply browse the Site.

We may collect information in the following limited circumstances:

• Information you send us. If you email us at Partnerships@Blupreserva.org or any address linked from the Site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard request information (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational and security purposes.

SMS recall alerts (opt-in)

If you choose to enroll in product-recall safety alerts, we collect the mobile phone number you provide and a record of your consent — including the consent language shown to you, the date and time of consent, and the IP address from which you enrolled. We use your phone number solely to send safety alerts about recalled products relevant to your household. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We retain consent and opt-out records for as long as required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the Site, improve content, and — for users who have opted in — send product-recall safety alerts. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

As of the date above, the Site does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Third parties

The Site is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel, which may process request data on our behalf. Links to external venture sites (for example, dety.io) are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can browse the Site without providing personal information. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence, write to Partnerships@Blupreserva.org and we will honor reasonable requests.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Site and our ventures evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
